چکیده
This study investigated the effects of different PGRs on in vitro plant regeneration Anthurium scherzerianum Schott and acclimatization ex stage. Depending objective each experiment, shoots were induced from callus cultured a modified Murashige Skoog (MS) medium containing cytokinins auxins. Results showed that 90% leaf explants 48% petiole produced callus. A half-strength MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/l Kinetin (KIN) gave best result for shoot 1.5 α-naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) is suitable rooting A. scherzerianum. The culture vessel having hole cap growth plantlets. After 90 days transferred to greenhouse, plantlets which cultivated mixed substrate coconut fiber powder: rice husk ash: compost (6:3:1, respectively) had better (shoot length 8.88 cm, root 3.44 cm) than those another (9:1, respectively).

Morphophysiologicals Problems in Acclimatization of Micropropagated Plants in -Ex Vitro Conditions- A Reviews
Plant tissue culture refers to growing and multiplication of cells, tissues and organs of plants on defined solid or liquid media under aseptic and controlled environment. Micropropagation allows rapid production of high quality, disease-free and uniform planting material. The micropropagation of high quality planting materials of ornamentals, and forest and fruit trees has created new opportun...
متن کاملAcclimatization of tissue-cultured plants
A substantial number of micropropagated plants do not survive transfer from in vitro conditions to greenhouse or field environment. The greenhouse and field have substantially lower relative humidity, higher light level and septic environment that are stressful to micropropagated plants compared to in vitro conditions. The benefit of any micropropagation system can, however, only be fully reali...

متن کاملEffect of Liquid Media and In Vitro Pre-acclimatization Stage on Shoot Elongation and Acclimatization of Date Palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) cv. Najda
The effect of stationary liquid media to improve shoots elongation in date palm cv. Najda and an in vitro pre-acclimatization stage to increase the survival ercentage of plantlets in the greenhouse was investigated. Two basal liquid media were tested: full strength and half strength Murashige and Skoog medium (MS). Media were devoid of plant growth regulators (PGRs), containing 0.5 mg/L 6-benzy...

Above right: Lettuce plants ready for transplanting. Each plant originated from one protoplast. into protoplast regeneration media, thus allowing the few resistant cells to grow into calli, while killing the millions of sensitive cells. In lettuce this technique has been used to select cells capable of surviving exposure to oxalic acid (the toxin produced by the lettuce drop organism) and ethyl...
